This qualification provides an introduction to teaching in the life-long learning sector. It is ideal for those already teaching with no formal qualifications or those looking to enter the post-16 education sector. This qualification is the bench mark qualification when starting to teach in adult education. Covering the principles of inclusive teaching and assessment, this is the ideal first step qualification to enhance your skills or change career. The Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) is a replacement for the commonly titled qualification “Preparing to teaching in the Lifelong learning sector” or “PTLLS”.
This qualification is available to those over 19 years.

With a wide range of expertise in the medical, search and rescue, military and education systems we know our stuff. We also know that first aid and health and safety courses can sometimes be a bit dry. We wanted to be something different and engage with our learners leaving them enthused and excited about the qualifications they have just gained.
